Die Kettennuss ist aus gutem, feinen Messingguß, doch hier und da sind noch kleine "Fischhäute" vom Guß vorhanden; es ist jedoch empfehlenswert die waagrechten Kettentaschen mit einem dünnen Diamantfräser (1-1,5mm, Zahnarzt etc.) etwas nachzubearbeiten...

Kettennuss ist Top !

Wie bei Artikel #91 ist auch hier ein feines Nacharbeiten der Kettentaschen erforderlich, da auch bei dieser Rolle div. "Fischhäute" vom gießen zurückgeblieben sind.
Hier sind sie aber wesentlich weniger !
Auch hier : Feinstfräser einsetzen und säubern !!
Dann ist das Ergebnis 1a !
Leider sind beide Seiten plan geschliffen, also ohne div. "Ansatz". Hier muss dann jeweils eine Beilagscheibe dazwischen gesetzt werden, damit die Rolle leichter läuft.
